   this review is a little late being posted i just forgot. i've been bouncing around alot between universal and bev intl products lately. the profile of animal pump was wide ranging but i wondered if there was enough of things like l-norvaline that would make a big difference. what i liked was the red pill inside each packet. the red pill effects for me was mild(just enough focus though) but i don't like alot of jitter like focus i get from yohimbe for example. at least you have the choice to take the red pill or not. and yes, there are alot of pills but they aren't huge and hard to swallow like mri no2. another great benefit, they are easy to transport. my training was some days very good and other days average but i can't 100% put that on animal pump. my pumps were decent and my muscles retained their hardness for a while but the pump not so long. while i don't plan on purchasing animal pump anytime soon i will purchase it again and so i recommend giving it a try.    To all my hard-gaining brothers out there... this is a must for your supplement arsenal. I've tried a lot of different things for a pump, most importantly no-explode, and while it worked, there were times it messed me up. I admit I might have pushed the scoops a little bigger or didn't drink enough water but either way I had to sit out a few times from lifting.
   
   Not with this stuff!!! The packs make it easy and it works for me on an empty stomach or on a light snack before lifting. My pumps are intense and i am focused. I keep my pump for a good while after the workout. Plus taking the red pill out on days I train at night, let me fall asleep right after. No other product can say that!
   
   A must buy!!!!!!!!!!

   I was a little skeptical, but Animal pump seems to be great. I have tried N.O xplode and superpump 250. I think animal pump is just as good as both of these products or better. The main reason I went with Animal pump this time around was because I am running the anabolic diet and I didn't want to add in the extra carbs from N.O or superpump.
   
   I like that animal pump has the little red pill for energy. I workout at 5am and the little red pill along with a cup of green tea is more than enough to get me going.
   
   I hate the taste of sweet workout drinks like N.O and superpump and would much rather take the 9 pills in animal pump any day.

   I have done one write up and just had to do another one. This stuff is amazing!!! I have been taking it about 30 to 45 minutes before going to the gym. When I walk in my muscles look fuller and feel fuller and the pump throughout the workout are amazing. I would say the best thing that I like about this product is the mental focus and the energy. I have to make myself quit working out.
   
   This stuff is too good and too cheap to not try at least 1 can of it. Hell, you can't beat $1.06 per workout. Way cheaper than an energy drink. Add a cup of coffee with it and makes it even better. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   The best pre workout supplement I have experienced. This provides very strong pumps and energy without the stomach dicomfort associated with many other supplements in this category. This will promote great vascularity as well as some strength gains and lean mass. There is no need to take a creatine supplement while on Animal Pump since there is already enough in this product to benefit from. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   Tried this one instead of my regular NOXplode with high hopes because I have always loved Animal Stak.
   
   I just did not feel the focus or energy rush from the 9 pills that I always and still get from NOXplode.
   
   I have read some people respond better to one or the other, but I can say I will be going with BSN next time around. (Posted on 1/19/12)

    This stuff worked great for me. I took almost three months off due to the fact that I got a new job. I took pump for about a week before I started lifting. I went to the gym today, and my workout was pretty damn good for taking three months off! I had a few people in the gym asking me if I was taking any supplements becuase my veins were popping out of my arms! This was just after a shoulder workout! The energy in this stuff is just enough for me. In fact I had to force myself out of the gym becuase I had so much energy. I usually respond terribly to stimulints, but this one was more mellow. I still feel a little shaky, but not too bad. I love the fact that you can choose to not take the red energy pill! This is a great idea that I am suprised no one else is doing as far as I know. Plus, popping these pills quickly is so much better than mixing and drinking powder crap. Another great thing about this stuff is that m y stomach is fine. Most of the time creatine messes up my stomach. Pump also lasts a long damn time. Call me crazy, but it has been four hours since I worked out, and my arms still have some pump left in them! Yet another thing great is this stuff is pretty cheap compared to other products like it. I have nothing but good things to say about this shit. Go buy it! Look anywhere on the net and almost every person that has tried this loves it! Shit this was a long review. (Posted on 1/19/12)
