   This is by far the best vitamin product out there. Nothing beats it. Yea, there are a lot of pills. Get over it. If you can't swallow them, blend them in your protein drink. Get a hand mixer and that makes it even easier than a blender. Best product and the price is right. I take the Animal Pak in the morning and the GNC Mega Men in the evening and that seems to be a good combination, offering me just about every necessary vitamin combo. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   I have been taking the Animal Pak as well as the Animal Flex and Animal Omega pak. Am in my mid 40s, and don't heal as fast as I used to and have some joint pain, so figured the flex and omegas would do me some good. I have much more energy and when I work 16 hr. shifts, am up for 20+ hours and since I've been taking the animal pak vitamins, I breeze through the long shifts w/o fighting sleep.
   I am also able to go through my workouts much more easily and with more stamina than before. And a side note, they seem to have increased the girth of my dick as well; and the workouts with the wts. are not the only area I have increased stamina ;-) . (Posted on 1/19/12)

   Now Ive taken animal pak for about 5 years now, and Im about fed up with the STUPID comments Ive read about this stuff. People giving this stuff 1 star cause they smell, or theres just to many pills! Come on GUYS! YOUR BODYBUILDING AND WEIGHT LIFTING! Grow some fucking balls, most guys can walk around dick in hand thinking their shit doesnt stink but then they whine about TO MANY STINKY PILLS! UGGGGGGGGG! Those who dont do, dont get. If you want to FEEL good, and with the correct diet and training LOOK GOOD, then take Animal pak! if you want to complain about something that stinks, heres an idea, run for an hour, scratch your ass, then smell your finger, if your still think these pills smell worse then your ass, stop now and get out of the gym. For those of us without ignorance, always spread the word of animal paks health benefits over anything else. And its also just the best thing you could putt in your body short of life : )

   Using this product is a little tough in the beginning because the pills are like horse pills, but after a while you get used to it. Since I've started using this product I've noticed a nice boost of energy throughout my daily workouts. This coupled with pump has yielded massive results. Before I was doing 60% my max during non-max workout days...now I'm up to 100% max every day and have even increased my max. This is a good product to break out of that plateau in your workouts.    great multi if you don't count the price. it recommends taking 2 packs for "highly stressed" or competitive athletes. if you take only one then you don't get as many nutrients as you would with a basic multi like adam by now foods or optimen. so if you take 2 paks its great. if you take one its not. and at 2 paks, its expensive.
   
   so i'll give it three stars for the cost of running 2 packs a day. waht I recommend is get a good multi like something from AST or ON and then just use this with your preworkout meal on lifting days. been working well for me. (Posted on 1/19/12)
