   This is by far the most effective multi-vitamins i have ever consume in my entire life. Before taking Alive pill, i get cold and flu easily,at least once in 3 mths. I cough frequently especially at night.I came to know about Alive 2 years ago,while i was on holiday in US. A friend of mine actually told me about it and I decided to try. Ever since I take it, i do not catch flu and cold so far,thank god. I encourage my mother to take it, and it seems that her asma has also reduced.She is now bout 74 yrs old. Overall i give a two thumbs up for this product, because it is so effective and definitely value for money. I recommend it to be distributed to hospitals and clinic and this kind of product should not be ignored as its benefit is beyond just another over the counter product.    If you looking to bench a buick and dont care about your health than this is a waste of money for you. But if you are serious about being healthy and feeling good than you would be dumb not to buy this. I have a hard time eating vegetables. I am one of those people who lives to eat rather than eats to live, and I just so happend to HATE vegetables. The ph levels and my body were slightly unbalanced and my acid levels were getting high. I started to take this product and could feel an imediate difference. Totally worth the money. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   This was a great product I stumbled upon, and in a world where us bodybuilders worry too much about meaningless crap that has little to do with muscle gain as does a great multivitamin/mineral. Its just as complete as it comes with a great price. (Posted on 1/19/12)
