   I have used Metabolol II for some time. It works! The stuff has the blend of nutrition you need for workouts. There's protein that you need to grow, carbs that you must have to burn. The fat is medium-chain triglycerides that have molecules too large to pass through your intestine walls to be stored but still allow you to digest the protein. There are sugars with an extra atom of oxygen. Can you feel the extra oxygen at the start of your workout? No. Can you feel it by the end of your workout? Yes! Best of all, you can drink the stuff just before a workout or even during a workout.

   Very good taste to this product surprisingly(I ordered the chocolate version.) Lots of essential amino acids. And with the moderate sugar content, I'm able to mix it with my creatine for an even more powerful supplemental punch. Probably not great if you are looking for something with more protein, but it has a strong synergy which helps me recover from my workouts quickly. I'm still in the beginner stages of my lifestyle change, so I haven't tried a lot of various shakes (so not a lot of experience to compare it to others), but this one definitely works well enough for me to give it 5 stars right off the bat.
