Quality Value Price This is by far my favorite multi vitamin. Even more so then many whole food multi's. I even let a tab sit in a glass of water to see if it would break down, which it did in a relatively short period of time. Thats more then I can say for most chemically made multi's. Your urine will be turn bright yellow a few hours after taking this multi no matter how much water you drink. I just think the break down and absorption of this multi is very high.
