Quality Value Price I would not say that this is "delicious" by any stretch of the imagination but then again NO FLAXSEED OIL IS!!
They all taste horrible but I believe this is the best tasting of the bunch. I have not tried many EFA oils, but I dont dread taking my flaxseed oil anymore.
After about 4 days I got used to it. Also found a great secret.....If you add your EFA oil to a small glass of grape juice or orange juice than it masks the taste almost 100% !!!
So now there is no excuse not to have your daily servings of omega 3, 6, and 9!!
