Quality Value Price I bought this a few weeks and it arrived last Saturday. Tried it for 4 days and felt really really sick. I hadn't actually put two and tow together that it was this product until I forgot to take the tablets with me to work yesterday and today, and it's the only days I haven't felt awful
I have no idea if this means it's working. My body pump class was easy to do - even put my squat weight up to 30kg (I'm a girl!), and the caffine really kicked in, but I'd rather not have the horrific sick feeling, and even taking the last batch at 4pm before the gym had me not sleeping until 4am most night.
I'm sure this means they work, but not for me! (Posted on 1/19/12)
