Seems Okay, but contains LACTOSE Review by yojo
Quality Value Price I ordered this product after researching weight gain powders that are lactose free; they can't contain any whey protein concentrate. On the 4everfit website, they advertise this product as containing only whey isolates. The product bulk nutrition sells also contains whey protein concentrates, which are high in lactose. I didn't notice this until after I drank a shake and messed up my stomach. It's my fault for not reading the fine print, but now I'm stuck with a whole bunch of powder that makes me feel sick. Still, it's beyond me why 4EverFit sells a product labeled "the isolate gainer" in two versions, one of which contains whey concentrate...
The taste is alright (I got the Orange flavor), but not as tasty as the chocolate flavor by Isopure Mass that I'd been drinking before. It mixes pretty well (small clumps if you just use a spoon), and is a reasonable amount of powder for the calories it provides. (Posted on 1/19/12)
