I use caffeine as a daily stim and space dosages out every 4-5 hrs (100/50/50/50mg)
Most caffeine supps come in 200 mg size and are in a capsule form. This present 2 problems.
One, 200mg is too much caffeine at one time for me. I prefer 100/50/50mg/day
And two, capsules are filled with powder. So i would have to carefully separate the capsule and pour out what i needed at the time, then reconstruct the capsule (repeating this through-out the day).
Now with caffeine in a pill form it is much easier to correct the dosage size to 50 and 100mg sizes by breaking the pills in half and/or quarters.

Quality Value Price Straight up caffeine. Works great. I found taking only one tab did it's job; 2 tabs was a little much sometimes(made me a little jittery during workout). Great way to get a boost during my workout without having a full stomach from drinking coffee. Plus it's calorie free! And bonus...very affordable! (Posted on 1/19/12)
