   Just got done with a bottle, i give it a 2 at most, Did somewhat something with fat loss, i noticed a little bit. Did not appettie suppersion what so ever, and when i did eat, i wanted to eat 7 meals, got no energy post at all either - If your gonna buy something like this buy amp, i have use amp 3 different occasions and wanted to try something else when i went to a fat loss again, amp works way better, you notice it in a day or 2 and i could have lived on protein shakes for 4-5 days with no food if i wanted to it kills all appettite, u also get a get boost in the morning or at the gym after a long hard day of work, amp is a 5, read my review there.    This stuff works great for me (will not work for everyone). Bodyfat % went down dramatically without much muscle loss. If your diet and workout routine are not on par then forget about using this. One of the best products I have ever used. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   Hey Sunny 119938 you talk too much. We all know that lipo 6 didn't work for you. I recon you have issues cause it took three reviews to tell your opinion about this product. We got the point on the first review didn't need to see the others. Everybody has didn't body chemistry some products work great for others while it is not working for you. Thats how it is with this product along with the others. I took it from Jan 1 til March with a weight lifting and diet program and lost 35 pounds and built half of it back in muscle mass.    Just added Lipo 6 to my ephedra extract regimen 2 days ago and have been in an energetic and extremely upbeat mood since, a different effect than ephedra alone. I think I am the only one on here with these results. I was getting totally burnt out on my weight loss/exercise program and now feel like my willpower is back. I will update with my weight loss.. in the two days I have lost 3 pounds but I am definitely assuming it is water weight. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   I have only been taking Lipo-6 for a few weeks now, but I have been seeing results already. I originally only started taking it to help get me over a plateu I hit in my weight loss, I was extremely overweight and lost 105 lbs before resorting to a supplement as I had gone nearly 3 weeks without dropping a lb, even after re-evaluating my exercise and diet for weeks before. After starting Lipo-6, my weight loss continued at the rate it had been before while I continued to work out and eat healthy. I am not someone who looks to pills to do the work for me, but it has helped to get me past that plateu and is helping get these final lbs off like I wanted. I am not sensitive to caffeine in any way, shape or form so this has not provided a huge energy increase like most people might see, which I was a little disappointed in. But I am nothing but satisfied with the metabolic effects as I have been seeing results in my weight loss and would recommend to anyone who who looking to SUPPLEMENT a good, dedicated eating and working out routine....not replace it.    Didn't do it for me. I know people will be like you're crazy, etc. etc. But my body, more specifically my mind, did not react well to this. I'm in a profession where I need to be sharp at all times. This made me dazed and unfocused. Sucks, because I was looking forward to shredding up for the summer. I guess I'll try another brand.
