   If you are looking for a quality creatine for the best price this is your type. I had increased strength gains after about a week of taking this. i did gain some water water but did not look bloated from taking it. I did load it for four days at 20 grams a day also. It mixes very well and has no taste at all. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   From what I've read, prolab uses a very good source of creatine monohydrate in this product. This is now the only creatine I have bought the past two times and I think it is as good as the best pure creatine monohydrates on the market. (Posted on 1/19/12)
