   This product really works! After ONE night of using it, I slept like a log and woke up bit drowsy but within 10 minutes, I felt unbelievable!!! I would highly recommend this but dont expect it to be a Miracle fat-burning supplement or any kind of supplement that will give you huge increases in mass. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   I took this stuff for about 3 weeks and I did notice better recovery after a hard workout.
   However, it also gave me diahrea. It took me about two weeks to figure out what was causing it and soon as I got off the ZMA the shits went away. I'm staying away from this stuff. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   If you have any trouble sleeping and want to accelerate your recovery, this is perfect. I sleep like I am in a coma and can definitely say I am less sore after grueling workouts. Great product I will always use! (Posted on 1/19/12)
