   Tastes funny and doesn't mix the best. It's a bit gritty similar to creatine. I can tell it has helped me a lot with recovery though. I don't think I'll buy again because I'm switching to AFTER MAX by ON for protein, glutamine, and creatine. Check it out. (Posted on 1/19/12)
