Quality Value Price Loved this stuff! Light to no water retention or bloating like normal creatine mono. Good strength increases. Great addition pre/post workout! This along with Animal Pak and ON Fish Oil are staples in my supplement arsenal. (Posted on 1/19/12)

Quality Value Price This is the best creatine product that I have used so far. From this product I did not receive any side effects such as bloating and cramps. I have been using this for about a month now and I have gained 15 pounds. At 218 I take four capsules a day and I have been using this product as well as Nytric EFX. Using this stack I have added approx. 60lbs to my bench press. (Posted on 1/19/12)
