Quality Value Price I tried using this to loose my winter weight, it did nothing for me. in addition to lifting 4 times a week, i add in 30 min cardio sessions in the spring, i usually take a fat burner but i've been having trouble with stimulants latelty so i decided to give this a try... after 4 weeks nothing at all in fact i think i've lost some lean mass and gained fat... this is crap I label it as such, i only wish i could have the last 4 weeks back with a supplement that works. Quality Value Price I started taking this product because of a thyroid problem . I didn't expect to have a weight loss in the package but I did. . My main symptom for statring this is that I have already gone through meopause yet at 59 I still was having terrible night sweats that would soak the bed. I no longer experience that unless I get lazy ans forget to take the 6 pills a day. It lets me know very fast. I didn't expect to drop 10 pounds in a 3 week period . It was a nice surprise.
I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to any one wanting to put thier thyroid in balance . I do not take any type of Perscription medications . I use all supplements (Posted on 1/19/12)
