   This is the first time i've used glutamine. i am satisfied with what it does, mainly because its cheap and there's mass caps in one bottle.
   i know its helping with soreness, but i seems like that is all it does. either way im glad my recovery is fast.. and the capsules will last for awhile.

   I have been quite happy with this product. I have combined this glutimine with creatine (axis) and have notice some good results. After about 3 weeks I noticed an increase in both strength and size. Good product for cheap price. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   This is great stuff!! I just got done with my first bottle and it was a good experience with a supplement. I took about 12 caplets a day and work hard in the gym about 5 times a week and after every day I wasn't sore.(WAS before i got this) My bench went up 25 pounds in one month since I had no pain after workout. So I recamend it, its cheap for how many caplets are in it. (Posted on 1/19/12)
