   This was a good experience with a mutivitamin. Gained 30 pounds over one summer with it(the creatine may have helped alot). Before I started taking it I was always tired, and after I started taking it I was no longer tired. Gave me great energy through the day.    This is a very good multi vitamin/mineral in my opinion because it doesn't have green tea, ginseng, and whatever else the majority of the other ones have. Its simply a multi vitamin/mineral supplement, nothing more or less. I used to buy the ones with a bunch of stuff in it because I thought it was better. Then I realized the other stuff can counter the effect of my other supplements. For example green tea increases shbg, ginseng can reduce adrenalins fat burning potential. Taking this multi I get the nutrients I need without countering the effect of my other supplements. When I stopped taking the other multi and switched to this one I could feel the true effect of what I take much better. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   My friends, this is a excellent stuff, I have gone through a 100 already and I have ordered two more hundreds. I took two a day, one in morning and one at night. This is a multi vitamins and minerals and not an engery booster. As a body builder we need to take more vitamins then normal people because of the hard work and time we spend in gyms.

   sorry great gamer but i have to agree with evan, this multi is lacking. sometimes the vitamin would actually make my stomach queezy. why the hell would i take a vitamin that made me feel like shit? i have tried other vitamins that seemd to effect my immune system, energy levels and overall health much better than this sub par multi.
   
   plus i just dont feel comfortable with this company and there "natural" bodybuilders. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   I've used this product twice and I would not recommend it. I took two pills once a day (one in the morning and one in mid afternoon) and I noticed no significant change in my energy levels. It is probably better than centrum but I think that there are other better vitamins out there. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   I guess I'm the second person to review this item. The first was Ethan Carthey, who gave it a bad review because he confused it with green tea tablets.
   
   It's a vitamin, not something that boosts your energy during your workouts.
