   tried Bulk and primaforce, as well as some other polish-made zma, and this one is the only one that takes me out (btw, it doesn't actually contain the patented zma compound but both zinc and mag are in the same ratio as regular zma). i never have trouble sleeping, and yes the dreams are intense but the sleep is awesome. on a side note, i picked it up when i was residing in poland for 10 months, and it was something like 30 bucks there and and still a bestseller among big boys... I too have experienced weird vivid dreams on this. After some research it seems the odd dreams people experience on z-force are due to the mucuma pruriens. Look it up for yourself.    I've been working out religously for about ten years and have realized this is a great product. I tried this product for the first time in August 2006 and have been coming back and buying more bottles. I have not felt any side effects such as depression. I've been using this product on a cutting phase and have been amazed how lean I look and how I was able to keep my muscle Mass. Not sure if it due to this product but I don't think I would of done it without it. Veins are popping out everywhere, shoulders are becoming ripped. I've never been this lean before. The workouts are just great with this supplement. I just bought 4 bottles and at 10 bucks, you can't beat it. I stacked this with Dymatize Expand and Ripped Fuel/Lipo 6. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   - I could sleep very well (not that I 'd have troubles sleeping but using this product i can say that my sleep was somehow deeper and more restful).
   - Taking it pre-workout I hab better pumps.
   Couln't really define if my test level went up.

   This product is one of the best values in supplements. For just $10 a month (just slightly higher than the price of Bulk ZMA), you get a full ZMA product plus Tribulus, NAC (liver protectant) and a bunch of other cool shit packed in there.    Having trouble getting a deep, full nights sleep? Try this stuff. I have trouble getting a full nights rest and wake up very frequently. If I do get a lot of sleep it isn't quality sleep. 3 caps before bed and I sleep like a rock, even have some pretty cool dreams too which is odd for me.
   
   Been through two bottles total and still love the stuff. Really never noticed any increase in sex drive (20 years old, can it get much higher?). (Posted on 1/19/12)

    I bought this as a ZMA based product. But I felt any effect I expected.
    
    My sleep is far better when I took 2 to 3 regular ZMA pills before going to bed. I usually buy the bulknutrition version. But here : my sleep was irregular, I had strange dreams, and I felt more nervous than usual in the end.
    
    I never tried Tribulus Terrestris, so I cannot say if I had effects you can expect from it. But let me tell you that I didn't feel more power or stamina in the gym.
