   Ok here we go. Took this for 2 months following the recommended instructions. I also took NO-Xplode, Fish oil, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and of course protein. NO increase in weight or strength….but size and hardness….holy shite! Not a pro or amiture builder by any means but the difference was noticeable. I lost 4.5 inches off the waist while gaining almost .5 inches on the arms. Back, chest and legs noticed an even greater increase. Not to mention the libido gains (rock city for at least 1+ hr in the sack). Been off it now for the recommended period with no loss in muscle mass. Some strength gains should be expected, but add some supersets, pyramids, or total workout drop sets and you will continue to dominate the gym. This is still a SUPLEMENT to you resolve in the gym.
   
   The only drawback I will say is still money. At 30$ for 60 tabs, vs the 8$ for the Optimun nutrition, ill try it with a 24.99 6-OXO stack and let you know how this hardgainer does by Jan 1st.
   
   Still keep pumping and mixing it up. Trick the body to grow.
