   This stuff is awesome. 2nd time I've used this and the pumps are great. I notice my reps going up on everything, and the energy throughout the workouts is there every time. Good for vascularity.    well well well a product that actually does as advertised. for me it works. taste is acceptable, improved my overall strength and my muscles stay hard and full. will use this product again therefore i highly recommend giving it a try. in addition to taking it as recommended, mix it with fuzzy navel (protein), xtend (bcaas) and sip it during my 70 minute workouts. results are great. using this mix for about 4 weeks and my strenght is up. of course i could complain about the cost but in this case because i was so satistified with the results, price wasn't a very big issue. everyone should keep in mind to eat as clean as possible and just as important carb up before and after your workout. if your carb depleted and are looking to set new personal records it's very hard to do. a large baked potato along with the protein of your choice will make all the difference in recovery and strength/size gains.    This is good creatine powder. It's not a miracle pump machine, at least it wasn't for me, but I did feel stronger. That's good. The taste was excellent. My brother and I took it at the same time, and I think he got more out of it because he'd never used creatine before. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   Okay I used 2 bottles of this stuff. The first one i experienced pumps similar to that of Cell tech old formula without the fatty bloated feeling. The pumps lasted a few good hours after a work out but that was it. The second bottle is when it started really working well for me. Vasculatity has shown a lot more but not raised through the skin being that im still in a bulking phase. The pumps were about the same but the energy and recovery were very good. i was hardly sore the next day and i really work my self in the gym. So overall its a good product. Its the only creatine/NO that i have ever tried so i will be experimenting with others, but if nothing else works i would definitly buy this again. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   I tried this stuff after reading reviews. I didn't feel any pumps or NO effect. The creatine in it made me a little stronger and helped lifting but nothing better than regular creatine. I don't think im ever going to use this again, not worth the money. My opinion is just go with micronized creatine for stregth and arginine for pumps (Posted on 1/19/12)
