   I have tried a bunch of different products on the path to a leaner, healthier physique. After the first week of taking this, I lost 5lbs of pure fat, and I felt like a machine during my full body work-outs. I recommend starting off with 1/2 the dose for your 1st week so your body can have time to fully adjust to being an energy packed work-out machine. I've never been known for being ripped up, but after taking this for 3-4 weeks, I'm feeling and looking awesome. Very good product for the price!    This stuff is pretty intense about a 30-45 min after taking it felt like I was on fire. When lifting weights I noticed a huge difference in muscle fullness and vascularity, the pump definitely lasts for a long time. After taking this product for about three weeks I've lost three pounds, which is cool because I'm one of those people that can seem to shed pounds quickly. THere is also a definite increase in my muscle tone. So if you looking for a good combo nitric oxide booster and fat burner this is the way to go. (Posted on 1/19/12)
