Quality Value Price This stuff rocks! I had Asthma when I was a child and smoked a pack of cigarettes a day during my late teens. My lungs have taken a beating. I take 5 shots of Endurus Runners Serum before Martial arts class and also before hitting the treadmill at my gym and I notice a HUGE difference in my stamina. When I get winded my recovery time seems to be much shorter(with in seconds!). I've also been taking MycoMedicinals "Breathe! Lung Support for Stamina and Vigor" and doing deep breathing exercises each day (take a deep breath, hold as long as you can, release pushing out as much air as you can, repeat 5 to 10x). My Stamina hasn't been this good in years! (Posted on 1/19/12)
