   This product gave me amazing pumps I have to admit. I have gained great volume using this product however this volume comes with no strength. My strength has improved only slightly and given my diet and hard workouts I am positive that this slight (may be even more) gain in strength would've come any way, even without size on! In short, this product is really just "size on" and "no strength on". I gave it two starts cause in my opinion size without strength is garbage... I should've given it one star especially for the price. Well, at least it does something!
   
   I have a feeling this product has fucked (lowered) with my test levels a bit, and hence the lack of strength gains... I'm gonna get checked.
   
   No frequent rushes to the bathroom is True.
   No bloating is Ture.
   Recovery is mediocre.
   
   Will I buy this again? It's very unlikely.
   I am thinking of trying micronized creatine mono and I hope that I will not get severly disappointed.
   Remember that all these claims that CEE or "Creatine Gluconate" are better than "Creatine Monohydrate" are bogus. They're not proven to be better and at times they can be even worse.
   
   What does it really mean that "creatine gluconate" is 300% more effective than monohydrate?? you become 3 times more powerful than if you used mono? 3 times bigger? 3 times more lean muscle gain? Any of these is virtually impossible! To me it means bullshit!
   Only if a company says my product is 5% more effective in terms of gains in X or Y I may choose to listen to what they say. Not that I will believe, but I will not even listen when I hear the number 300%!!!!

   I don't know why people talk about the amount of "energy" they got from this product. It actually is suppose to be taken before you go to sleep on your off days...so the energy everyone is talking about, I have no idea what they are refering to. If thats what you are after, you would more the likely experience the same thing with gatorade or some other sugar drink, cause this stuff isn't a stimulant and if you are "energized" from it, it comes from carbs.
   
   Anyway, I've been using this stuff for about a week now (free samples) and haven't noticed anything I don't believe I would achieve without it. I have about another week's supply so I'll stick with it and post if I notice anything more positive. Oh, and the taste of lemon ice...it's right up there with Gakic.    I'm only on day 8 of this, but it says that 90% of its effectiveness can be seen by day 7. I have to say that I am really impressed. Definitely feeling fuller in shoulders and arms, and pumps are nice. I've tried most creatines, and I would say this is as good as any, and better than most. I also like the once a day dosing...doesn't seem to mess up my stomach like loading with other powders. I would recommend this for sure. Creatine is a proven supplement and Gaspari puts out good stuff. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   I don't normally write reviews for products, but I thought that this one really deserved it.
   
   I started taking Size On right after my college finals - meaning that I hadn't worked out for over a week, and my diet had been pretty bad - I got into the gym and I was lifting just as much as before finals, if not more.
   
   A week later, still on a fairly bad eating schedule, I'm sure I've put on at least 2 or 3 pounds. There's no way that this can be muscle at this stage (water weight), but I'm still busting out of my clothes. The "loose" shirts I brought home with me over spring break aren't very loose any more.
   
   As you would have guessed, this stuff gives you crazy pumps that last. For me, Size On gives better pumps than NO Explode, Nitrix, V12 Turbo, Swole, and CEE Thunder - I've tried them all.
   
   I have yet to see, however, if Size On actually accelerates gains, or if it just gives huge pumps and makes you hold water. I guess I'll find out over the next few weeks. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   It did nothing amazing, I would of gotten the same result's by just drinking regular creatine monohydrate.Also this stuff cost way too much and taste like chemicals, yucccckkkk!!!!Ended up giving it away.

   Certainly one of the best tasting, easily digested creatine products on the market. Results for me are noticeable. More muscle fullness as well as a marked increase in workout energy. This product is one supplement I will keep in my arsenal 100% of the time. It is worth the extra money. (Posted on 1/19/12)

   I tried the fruitpunch flavor,which I would give a 5(flavor).No ethly esters to ruin the taste,and one of the obvious reasons for the glucose attachment to the creatine which makes sense.I think the product is best utilized during a workout as it seems to give you a bit of a energy boost which I would attribute to the Peak-ATP in the product and the carbohydrates as well. As far as weight or visual gains I didn't notice anything,but then again I'm over 50 so...maybe I'm not as responsive to these type of supps.,as if I was 20-30.The other thing I would like to see Gaspari change is the quanity of each ingredient listed so you know what amount you are getting,as opposed to a marketing sounds good type of matrix blend.So other than what I've stated I find it hard to fairly rate it in my case.
