Quality Value Price I had good results to this. There is a noticeable energy gain from this but not like I thought it would be. In other reviews I read people had stated they got shakes, jitters, and other buzzy feelings for lack of a better word. I really never felt this and for the record I only took 1 a day most of the time and 2 sometimes. It did help me lean out though I wouldnt expect this product alone to help you lose weight if you desire that. You have to adjust your diet etc. But all in all this product worked well for me (Posted on 1/19/12)
