   I really love this stuff. I have made really good gains off of this stuff. I have used the PrimaForce CEE and can't handle the taste. This has no taste what so ever and for me, works better than the CEE. I am going to toss my CEE and continue buying the Creatine Monohydrate. Don't get me wrong, the CEE works really well but the taste is so bad I can't stand it. I know, I know, "the taste shouldn't matter" but before you say that try that crap and then try saying that.    been using this for about 3 months. Decent creatine product. You have to remember what creatine is used for. To increase the Creatine levels in the body. NOT for energy boost, perpetual pumps, etc.
   
   Basic creatine is very inexpensive and this should last your about 3 months.
