Quality Value Price he does every thing that he say and he doing good, lose fat, hardering muscle without feeling nervous, at the opposite he give you nice mood.
plus i want talk about recrate, i didn t by it with bulk so i can t write a review, but i realy want to tell every body this shit is wrong. he give you energy for sure he also supress apeptite but he has oestrogenic activity, i dont know who is the bad guy in there who is doing this but i m 100% sure recreate contain a actif phytoestrogen and as long as oestrogen is not good for muscle recreate is not good for muscle.
