ALL RETURNS AND REFUNDS REQUIRE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS NUMBER CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.
Unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 calendar days of the original sale (not delivery) date. Contact us to obtain an RMA number and send the items back to us to the address provided when you receive your RMA. We must receive your return within 7 days of issuing an RMA to you, and within 30 calendar days of the original sale. All returns must also be accompanied by the original PACKING slip that was contained in your order. Once we receive your package and verify your return, we will refund you the full purchase price of your product, less a 15% restocking fee and less any shipping fees paid for the order.
Shipping fees are not refundable
In the event your order qualified for free or reduced rate shipping, we will deduct $5.95 from the amount refunded.
Due to shelf life and other concerns, we will not be able to accept any returns after 30 calendar days from the original sale. Under no circumstances will we accept opened or used product of any kind for a refund or exchange.
Damaged & Incorrect Items: We try our best to pack your order so it will arrive to you in good condition. Once your package is in the hands of the shipper, we have no control over it and sometimes there may be damage in transit. If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Do not discard the box, items, or any packing material, including the packing slip. We will instruct you on what to do, as sometimes the shipper will want to inspect the packages before issuing any credit or authorizing a reorder.
How to Return an Item or Order
1. Contact our customer service department for a return authorization number. All contacts to our customer service department MUST be made through your account online, the Request RMA function or by calling us during normal business hours at (484) 668-1581. We do not accept direct email for return authorization requests. This is for your protection and ours. This will provide a concrete record of your contact. No returns will be accepted without a VALID return authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the box.
2. Pack your items securely. If your item is damaged in transit on the way back to us, we will not be able to issue credit. It is often not acceptable to simply return the original box with the original packing materials, as these are meant to compress to absorb shock during shipment and may not offer sufficient protection for the second trip. If you have concerns, be sure to insure your package. If your package is damaged in transit back to us, we will not issue credit and you will have to file a claim with the shipper to recover the loss of the product.
3. Pack all of the original paperwork in the box including your order, packing slip, and original shipping label.
4. Enclose a short note indicating what, if anything, is wrong with the items, the reason for return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Also make sure you give us your correct contact information with telephone number.
5. Take the package to your preferred shipping company and have it sent to us at the address provided. We do not pay for shipping your items back to us.
