Recommended Daily Dosage: Take one capsule twice daily with water at mealtimes. For more intensive use take up to two capsules twice daily with water at mealtimes. After taking Echinacea for 6 to 8 weeks, a 2to 4 week break is recommended before restarting use for best results.
