Suggested Use:
Mix 1 scoop (16g Intense workout) or 2 scoops (32g Super Intense workout) with 10-16oz of water. Take on an empty stomach 15 minutes prior to working out. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume late at night. Do not exceed more than a 32g serving per day.
