Udo's 3·6·9 Oil Blend is a special blend of carefully chosen, all-natural,
unrefined oils and nutritional co-factors that help meet your daily essential
fatty acid requirements. Formulated by renowned author and nutritionist Udo
Erasmus, PhD, this blend contains oils from cold-pressed, certified organic
flax*, sunflower*, sesame* seeds, evening primrose oil* and the bran of rice and
oats*. This oil blend is cold-pressed in a state of the art low heat light and
oxygen-free environment. This process has been developed by Flora to maximize
stability, nutritional value, and freshness. The oil is further protected by enclosing
it in an environmentally friendly glass bottle and recycled cardboard box. Udo's
3·6·9 Oil Blend is an ideal 2:1 ratio of omega 3 and 6 essential fatty

Serving Suggestions & Storage
- Start with one tbsp per day and gradually increase to one tbsp for every
50 pounds of body weight per day.
- Udo's 3 6 9 Oil Blend is compatible with all foods and can be used with
cold, warm and hot foods (once off the heat source), but must not be used for
frying, baking or other high temperature cooking.
- Favorite uses are in fruit or vegetable salads, protein shakes, yogurt,
apple sauce and juices.
- Try it on steamed vegetables, rice and pastas and baked or mashed potatoes
or add it to homemade soup (after cooking).
- Mix it with extra virgin olive oil in dishes such as hummus and tabouleh
or serve with balsamic vinegar for dipping.
- Add to fresh vegetable juices for a nutritious addition to any meal.

Suggested use: Take 1 tablespoon two times daily with meals. The cloudy layer
in the oil is unique to this blend. To obtain its benefits, shake bottle gently
before each use. Do not heat or use for frying. FOR OPTIMUM FRESHNESS KEEP
REFRIGERATED. Can be frozen to prolong freshness.

requirements. Formulated by renowned author and nutritionist Udo Erasmus, PhD,
this blend contains oils from certified organic flax*, sunflower*, and sesame*
seed, and from evening primrose oil and the bran of rice and oats. The "minor"
ingredients in the oils from the grains also provide significant benefits.
Ingredients: flax oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, evening
primrose oil (13mg GLA per tbsp), rice germ and bran oil, soy lecithin (gmo
free), tocotrienols (organic).
Not a significant source of cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, dietary
fiber, sugars, protein, vitamin A, vitamin C or calcium.
