Ingredients:
Collagen 1 & 3, whey proteins and peptide isolates, consisting of Beta-Lactaglobulin, Alpha Lactalbumin, Immunoglobulins, amino acids, oat bran, Guar gum, Vanilla Flavoring and sweetened with sucralose and xylitol.
Directions:
Stir one scoop in approximately six (6) ounces of cold distilled water or low fat milk, or for a thicker shake, crush ice in a blender and follow the same directions. You may also add fruit juice or yogurt and blend.
